Why Lawyer Donald Kipkorir Recounts Shedding Tears In Court

Seasoned lawyer Donald Kipkorir on Thursday morning  shared a personal experience at  one time when he used to take up criminal cases a thing he no longer does . He however says that once in a while he takes criminal cases if they involve his friends or for a righteous cause.

Lawyer Kipkorir went  ahead to narrate that in the year 2020  his friend referred him to a   Nigerian – English client Edwin  who had been charged in Kibera Law Courts for fraud. At the point of  Edwin’s arrest his wife was in England pregnant with their child. As part of bail terms Edwin was ordered to deposit his English passport in court therefore  being absent during his child's birth.

Lawyer Kipkorir today is a happy man after his client was acquitted of his fraud charges.

He says after the magistrate read the judgment he got overwhelmed with emotions and CRIED knowing his client had been unable to see his son since he was born in 2021.

Soon after the acquittal his client called his mother who Lawyer Kipkorir says prayed the longest prayer and promised to travel to Kenya to personally bless him for what he did to her son.

Lawyer Kipkorir was overwhelmed more and shed more tears. He says; “ I shed another tear as she prayed…”
