Nairobi Woman Fined Sh.20,000 for Making Out in the Middle of Thika Road

Tabby Ndung’u a 26-year-old woman caught making out with her lover in the middle of Thika Super-highway slapped with a fine of Ksh. 20,000 or six months in jail.

According to a police report, Tabby was found passionately kissing her boyfriend inside a car which was carelessly stopped in the middle of the busy road causing a traffic pile-up.

The police officers said they politely approached the lovebirds requesting them to move from the driveway but the lady got out of the car and hurled insults and dared them to shoot her.

Officers reported the drama that unfolded on January 24, to Kasarani Police station.

Appearing at Makandara law court, Tabby Ndung’u pleaded guilty to charges of disturbance and offensive conduct.

Chief Magistrate Francis Kyambia ordered her to pay Ksh. 10,000 as a fine for each charge against her or serve a six-month jail term.
