Have you ever wondered what it will be like if one day you met the former candidate for the Presidency, prominent lawyer George Wajackoyah without the durag on his head? George Wajackoyah has for the first time stepped out in public without his durag, cutting across the appearance of a handsome man defying age.
Like Kenyan singers including Nameless and Redsan, Wajackoyah has never been seen in public without his durag since he made his debut into Kenyan politics. Wajackoyah, dressed in a simple t shirt and sweatpants without his trademark durag was all smiles as he posed for the photo with his family. On December 25, 2022, Wajackoyah, took to social media and posted pictures of himself without a durag, revealing that he gifted a young artist who had drawn his headshot.
“This young man deserved my respect. He was welcomed into the fraternity after he painted my picture. When he was asked what he wanted, he said a phone, and his wishes have been accepted," Wajackoyah said.
Wajackoyah continued to spend Christmas day without a durag while taking pictures with several family and friends. His followers were surprised by his appearance, others revealed that all along they thought he was a person with long Rasta-type hair, but they were surprised to see that he was a person with short hair.
