According to Elon Musk Instagram which is owned by Meta who are also the owners of Facebook can cause one mental stress.

For example, most Instagram account depict lives that are classy, boujie and extra-ordinary…but instead most people are struggling financially in life.

This in return could cause one mental stress trying to live and achieve what another does not actually have/own.

On the other hand, Elon has said Twitter has made people so angry since most are seen to air their biased views without fear. He went further to ask between Twitter and Instagram which is the best social media to use without getting the effects of social media like mental stress and anger?
