Kenyan actor Joe Kinyua, best known as Njoro wa Uber is treading the stardom stroll yet again with his name appearing in the list of nominees for the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards, an accolade presented yearly by Multi-Choice.
The award recognizes outstanding talent in television and film.
Njoro wa Uber has for the longest time showcased his talent in all the right ways, with calm and composure, check. Intellect and humour, brilliant.
Kinyua is part of the Njoro Wa Uber cast which is a series that debuted in 2020 and has defied industry contention cutting through the wave with intent. The comedy series has gained traffic in the two years as it has aired both on mainstream and social media platforms. The series is a touch of modern culture and spreads traditional perspective nearly all through the well-scripted skits, creating an immensely nice display of craft.
The actor has since clinched the Best Lead Actor in TV Drama award such as Kalasha Awards 2022.
The esteemed artist will be going head to head with industry talents like Co-Habits, The Johnsons and Flatmates and may face quite a different aura of competition but hopefully will be voted the best by the public who see the nominations through by casting their votes on social media platforms.
This year’s AMVCA is the ninth that will be held since its inception almost a decade ago. The awards have been gaining popularity in the television and film industry and being a nominee is something to be ecstatic about.
