What Went Wrong with Borussia Dortmund and Arsenal

Arsenal were nine points clear of the top of the table in the English Premier League since January of 2023 and was on a winning streak of winning every game. But things started to fall apart when they started to concede in games and lose some.

That is when the Title Holders Manchester City started to pick up the pace on the League leaders as pressure started to creep in on Arsenal.

A similar picture was made for Dortmund as they were on Bayern Munich's neck keeping the pressure on the Title holders but on the final game of the Bundesliga. They didn't put enough effort to win the game at home as they were 2-0 down in the first half but drew in the end 2-2 with Bayern Munich winners again lifting their 11th consecutive title.

Dortmund's last league win was in the 2011/ 12 season, Jurgen Klopp’s team was eight points clear of the table with Bayern Munich finishing in second place.

Arsenal's last league title was in 2003\04 with Arsene Wenger's Invincibles, since then Arsenal’s title hopes of getting another are now only a dream for the Club.

Borussia Dortmund will look to get more reinforcements this summer's transfer window due to their key players like Jude Bellingham leaving the club. They will look to strengthen their squad to challenge for the title again next season in hopes to get over the finish line.

Arsenal will also look to strengthen their squad with more experienced players this summer transfer window for next season to challenge for the title and end Manchester City's reign of dominance.
