Roots Party leader Prof. George Wajakoyah now claims that his votes were stolen during the 2022 Presidential election.

Speaking on Sunday at the Azimio rally in Jacaranda gardens Nairobi, George Wajakoyah noted that he is working with Azimio leader Raila Odinga to fight for the rights of Kenyans.

“Mimi niliibiwa kura 2.8 million,” Wajakoyah said.

He further claimed that within the Azimio coalition, cartels were working behind Raila's back with President William Ruto.

“I want to warn the cartels who are here. Today you are in Jacaranda, at night you are Sugoi,” he said.

Wajakoyah went ahead to request Raila's assistance in defending his party, which he claims Attorney General Justin Muturi wanted to dissolve due to its marijuana ties.

This comes as a plot twist as Roots Party Leader George Wajackoyah was among the first to congratulate President Ruto following the Supreme Court's decision on the 2022 presidential petition.
