Ruto and Raila Odinga Share a Podium Again During the Mashemeji Derby at Kasarani

This is the third meeting after they were seen together at Field Marshal Mukami Kimathi’s burial in Njabini, Nyandarua County on Saturday, May 13^th 2023, and later the two met again during the KipKeino Classic.

The two have been head-clashing since the results of the August general election. Where Raila disputed the results leading to a Supreme Court battle that upheld Ruto's win. The affirmation led to a series of protests led by the Azimio leader. 

The latest move by the two has caused some rambles and questions on the real intentions of the two politicians even as they show signs of thwarting their ties.

Raila Odinga suspended street protests that had rocked the country since February to allow for bipartisan talks.
