Rogue Azimio MCA Arrested

Korogocho MCA Absalom Odhiambo has been arrested by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) following his utterances during the Azimio rally at the Kamukunji grounds in Nairobi.

 Absalom has been accused of allegedly inciting the public to cause chaos and close down businesses in Nairobi CBD.

In a viral video clip seen by Look Up TV Digital that was captured at a Rally. The MCA is seen and heard calling on Azimio supporters to match to Statehouse and disrupt business at the Nairobi CBD in order to send a message to President William Ruto.

Last week, the outspoken Nairobi MCA had been summoned by the National Cohesion and integration Commission to answer the hate speech allegations.

This is however not the first time that the MCA has been heard hurling insults and promoting tribal division. Last year during the campaigns another video clip seen by Look up Digital emerged showing Absalom abusing the people that had stoned Raila Odinga chopper when he visited the rift valley.

Absalom is currently at the DCI headquarters for grilling before being prosecuted.
