Raila to Chebukati: Tell Kenyans Why You Came To My House

Azimio la Umoja one Kenya coalition leader Raila Odinga has once again made damning revelation in relation to the 2022 General elections.

Raila in the Azimio Rally at the jacaranda grounds in Nairobi has once again cast doubts on the credibility of the 2022 general election results, putting the character of Former IEBC chair Wafula Chebukati on the line.

Speaking during a rally at Jacaranda Grounds in Nairobi on Sunday January 29th the former premier claimed the embattled IEBC chair and commissioners Abdi Guliye and Boya Molu paid him a secret visit at his home during the election period.

Odinga claimed that Chebukati Who has since left the commission tried to solicit a bribe in order to rule in favour of Odinga.  

"Bwana Chebukati anasema eti kuna watu walikuwa wanataka kuonga yeye ata wale wenzake bwana Guliye na bwana Boya. Nataka kuuliza hao mlienda kwa jumba la Baba (Raila) kufanya nini? Uliza wao walikuja kwangu kufanya nini na waliomba nini." Raila Stated.

Odinga threatened to release the CCTV footage that will act as evidence that 5the three officials paid him a visit. He added that the officials also visited former jubilee sg Raphael Tuju.

"Wajue kwamba mimi niko na picha yao wakicheza mimi nitatoa translated to they should know I have their recordings if they play with me I will release it" Raila threatened.

Raila said Chebukati is a criminal who is supposed to be behind bars.

As he called on the international community to step in and look into the matter

Mr. Odinga claimed that any other investigations being carried out in the country including those being carried out by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) would be biased due to influence from the Executive led by President William Ruto.
