Raila Odinga, the leader of Azimio la Umoja, shared a link to a website on April 1 2023 that contained what he described as the actual results of the 2022 General Elections.

According to the website, Raila won the election with more than eight million votes, closely followed by President William Ruto with more than five million.

The website included information about the polling stations where results were allegedly changed as well as the variations in the numbers.

“We'd like to reiterate that the collated results on this link, https://kenyaelectionresults.com, leave no room for doubt that Azimio emerged victorious in the last election.” The former prime minister’s tweet read in part.

Raila Odinga further instructed William Ruto Kenya Kwanza led the government to vacate the office ahead of Monday 3, April 2023 where the former Prime minister promised to carry out a mother of all demonstration.

“In light of this, we strongly urge Mr. Ruto to vacate his office immediately, ahead of the upcoming #MegaMonday.” He concluded

Raila shared his numbers on the concluded August 9 general elections, but the website's public Internet Protocol (IP) address appeared to have been disabled right away.

When the link Raila provided was clicked, it did result in error 500, which is an HTTP (HyperText Transfer Protocol) challenge to the hosting server.

It's unclear whether Raila's domain was intentionally deactivated or if there was a glitch in the hosting gateway's technical issue.

Ruto's victory in the August 2022 presidential election was allegedly annulled by the Independent and Electoral Boundaries Commission (IEBC), according to Raila, who has been making this claim for several months.

Ruto received 50.5% of the vote, according to IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati, who also declared him the winner of the presidential election which was upheld by the Supreme court of Kenya.

After several attempts, however, the link provided by Raila Odinga disclosed that he won the election by 56.9% followed by William Ruto at 41.7%
