Azimio la Umoja, one Kenya leader Raila Odinga is today February 10TH expected to hold his fifth anti-government rally in Busia County.

The rally comes a few hours after the party leader and former president Uhuru Kenyatta assured their supporters that the Azimio coalition is still intact.

Uhuru defended his continued support for Odinga saying that it is his democratic right to support any political leader of his choice.

"Even if I am not in active politics, I am still a follower of Raila, when he asks me to go, I must go," Kenyatta said.

Since the start of the year, Odinga has been actively involved in political campaigns, opposing the government of President William Ruto and accusing them of being in office illegally. Odinga has alleged that he won the August 2022 presidential election.

Earlier Odinga held anti-government rallies in Kamukunji, Jacaranda Grounds, Kibra and. Machakos where he declared that he does not recognize Ruto as president.

Odinga's western tour comes only a few weeks after the prime cabinet secretary Musalia Mudavadi asked the western community to support president William Ruto.
