The Registrar of Political Parties, Ann Nderitu has dismissed allegations that she is unfairly taking sides in the disputes that are going on in the Jubilee Party.

Nderitu who was speaking to the Press on 23rd May 2023 said she did not act against the law when she upheld the expelling of Jeremiah Kioni, Kagwe Gichohi and David Murathe from the Jubilee Party.

She added the Office of the Registrar of Political Parties executes what political parties submit to the office presuming the party adhered to the law when making those resolutions.

The Office of the Registrar of Political Parties was also accused by, Jeremiah Kioni for working with a section of individuals in Kenya Kwanza.

Kioni also alleged that ORPP and some individuals in Jubilee Party are doing all they can to snatch Jubilee Party from Uhuru Kenyatta.

Nderitu reacted to Kioni’s allegations saying the decisions made by ORPP are normally brushed off by one side of a particular party.

Nderitu urged political parties to embrace good ways of settling disputes when they arise.
