After their 26-year-old relative was allegedly shot and killed by a police officer, a family from Kwa Nungu location in Mumbuni, Mwingi central sub-county, Kitui county, is looking for justice.
The deceased's brother Yoana Sammy claims to have heard loud bangs on the doors of their nearby homes. Sammy says that without giving a reason, the cops swiftly handcuffed him.
According to Felix Musili's family, two police officers came to their home early on Wednesday and told the deceased to leave. He was allegedly shot by one of the officers immediately after exiting the door, killing him.

Samuel Daniel The deceased's father, Kavila, claimed that the officers tried to force open the doors with massive logs.
Kavila claims that he asked them why they were being so violent, but the police did not say a word.
The crowd that was gathering was disposed by the police who shot in the air.
The deceased's body was taken to the Mwingi Level IV hospital mortuary.
