In a bid to enhance the quality of its services, the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has made some significant adjustments to its operating hours.

These changes are designed to accommodate the needs of the public and provide more convenient access to its services.

In a statement to te newsrooms, the NTSA made major announcement namely:

Extended Weekday Hours

Starting immediately, all NTSA Banking halls and offices will extend their operating hours on weekdays. From Monday to Friday, you can now visit NTSA from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This extension in operating hours aims to ensure that individuals with busy schedules or specific time constraints can access NTSA services conveniently.

Weekend Access for Number Plate Collection

In an effort to facilitate number plate collection for motor vehicle owners, NTSA offices will remain open to the public on two specific Saturdays: September 30th and October 7th. On these two Saturdays, NTSA offices will be available from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Collection of Reflective Plates

For motor vehicle owners who have received SMS notifications regarding the collection of reflective plates, it is essential to take note of the following:

1. Visit the Designated Centers: We kindly urge all recipients of SMS notifications to visit the NTSA centres they identified during their application process. These centres have been designated to streamline the plate collection process and ensure a smooth experience for vehicle owners.

2. Bring Necessary Documentation: When visiting the NTSA centers, please ensure that you bring all the required documentation, as specified in your SMS notification. This will help expedite the collection process and avoid any unnecessary delays.

3. Respect Safety Measures: NTSA is committed to the safety and well-being of all visitors and staff. Please adhere to any safety protocols, such as mask-wearing and social distancing, that may be in place at the NTSA centres.

In conclusion, the National Transport and Safety Authority cited its dedication to providing accessible services to the public

“NTSA remains dedicated to providing efficient and accessible services to the public. These adjustments in operating hours and the provision of weekend access for number plate collection are steps towards achieving this goal.” The statement read in part

“For any inquiries or further information, please feel free to contact NTSA through their official communication channels. Your cooperation and adherence to these changes are greatly appreciated as NTSA continues to strive for service excellence.
