No Evidence…Edwin Chiloba Murder Suspects Freed
An Eldoret court has freed four suspects linked to the Edwin kiprotich alias Chiloba murder saying there is no evidence to prosecute them.
This comes as the prime suspect in the murder Jacktone Odhiambo is set to face murder charges.
It is after 21 days of investigations by the court, the four suspects were realeased since there was no eveidence to charge them.
Senior principal magistrate Richard Odenyo directed that Dennis Litali the body builder be released with no charges while the three were asked to report to the nearest police station in a period of 3 months.
However, Jacktone Odhiambo the prime suspect is set to face murder charges in the high court
Edwin Kiprotich alias Chiloba was found murdered on January 3rd this year, 3 days after ushering the new year and his body stashed in a metal box.
