The Kenya Cup semi -finals are scheduled to take place this coming Saturday 4th of March with two matches.
The Kenya Harlequins will face Kabras Sugar team in Kakamega while KCB will face Menengai Oilers at the Ruaraka Sports Center grounds, from 2:03 to 3:00pm.
During the playoffs last weekend, Kabras Sugar won against the Menengai Oilers after scoring a total of 15 points to 13 points. Beldad Ogeta of the Menengai Oilers team, opened the game by scoring 33 minutes later into the match, leading with a score of 7 to 0.
The second half came in intense after Kabras took over the lead and won the match following a lead score of 10 to 3.
The Kenya Harlequins claimed victory after battling the Strathmore team scoring 32 points to 18. The match between the KCB team against the Mean Machine ended after a score of 49 points to 5 points.
The defending champions, Kabras sugar RFC, topped the Kenya Cup league by registering wins in all the matches they battled.
KCB team, Menengai OIlers and The Kenya Harlequins are positioned 2, 3 and 4 consecutively in the Kenya Cup league to qualify for the semifinals that is set for Saturday.
