Kajiado: 9 Year Old Killed Eyes Gouged Out, Body Dumped in Maize Plantation.

Police in Kajiado County, are looking into a case where a nine-year-old girl's disfigured body was discovered discarded on a maize farm.

According to Shadrack Ruto, the head of Loitoktok Police, the parents reported their missing kid on January 4, 2022.

The minor's body had been horrifically mangled, with her eyes gouged out, her right leg missing, and her head peeled, according to the police reports.

A few workers working on the farms discovered the child's body yesterday after it had been cruelly murdered, according to  Shadrack Ruto.

"After the parents were notified, we initiated investigations and distributed news across the media," he added.

The girl may have also been raped before she was slain, according to the police chief.

Police are looking into the incident to see whether rituals may have been used for the missing body parts.

The deceased's body has been sent to the morgue at Loitoktok Hospital in anticipation of the postmortem.
