Parents and 2022 KCSE candidates are waiting with bated breath as, Education Cabinet Secretary Ezekiel Machogu is expected to announce the 2022 KCSE exam results.
Machogu is anticipated to release the results at the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) offices, on Friday 20th after it was announced that the teachers had finished marking.
884,263 students sat for KCSE exam last year, out of that number, 420,845 were females while 405,962 were males.
After the announcement, the candidates will be expected to check their results electronically at home.
The results will only be available once the official release has been done by CS Machogu.
Checking 2022 KCSE results via SMS
The KCSE 2022 candidates can check their exam results by sending their index number to SMS 20076.
The SMS costs Kenya Shillings 20.00 on Safaricom, Airtel, and Telkom networks.
School and candidates’ performance updates will be provided after the exam are out.
