African fastest sprinter Ferdinand omanyala has pinned his message to retired rugby icon Collins Injera. on his social media account, Omanyala has applauded the highest try scorer Injera remembering how he used to stick his pictures on his desk in his high school days.
‘I still remember my high school days when I used to stick pictures of you on my desk and metallic box’. said Omanyala
Omanyala who was recently named second runners up in soya awards says he wishes him happy retirement.
Collins Injera 36 years old announced his retirement from the game after being inducted at Fiji hall of fame, he remains the highest try scorer during the 2008/2009 World Rugby Sevens Series with 42 tries .
On Tuesday the sporting world paid tribute to the legend as he celebrated his legacy which will remain unforgettable. Different sports personalities wished the icon happy retirement thanking him for being a role model to young rugby players.
