EPRA Increases Fuel Prices, Petrol to Retail at Ksh 211.64 per Litre

The Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA) has released the fuel prices applicable from Friday, September 15 to Saturday, October 14, in its latest monthly review.

In this update, there has been an increase in the prices of petroleum products. Specifically, Super Petrol has risen by Ksh16.96 per litre, Diesel by Ksh21.32 per litre, and Kerosene by Ksh33.13 per litre.

According to EPRA, these new maximum retail prices for petroleum products will be effective from September 15, 2023, to October 14, 2023.

In Nairobi, the maximum allowable prices at the petroleum pumps are as follows: Super Petrol will now retail at Ksh211.64 per litre, Diesel at Ksh200.99 per litre, and Kerosene at Ksh202.61 per litre. These prices represent an increase from the previous rates of Ksh194.68 for Super Petrol, Ksh179.67 for Diesel, and Ksh169.48 for Kerosene.

This adjustment reflects the current market conditions and factors impacting fuel pricing.
