Sources close to President William Ruto’s communication team have revealed to Look Up Digital that Hussein Mohammed, Emmanuel Talam, and David Mugonyi are not seeing eye to eye.
The source that sought to remain anonymous authoritatively confirmed that the team has no clear structure on who is supposed to be doing what hence the three are at loggerheads.
“There is no clear structure, everyone gives instructions that contradict.” the source told Look Up Digital.
The misunderstanding within the team has been clear, On March 2, 2023, during the women's day celebrations at KICC, the President's equipment failed for close to 10 Minutes when he was about to deliver his speech.
The division allegations have since been confirmed by top Bloggers who worked for the Kenya Kwanza government, recently Maverick Aoko took to her Twitter account complaining about the disorganization and the disorientation within the team.
On October 14, 2022, President William Ruto appointed Hussein Mohammed as the Statehouse spokesperson. The President later on October 17, 2022, appointed Emmanuel Talam who was instrumental in drumming up online support for the Kenya Kwanza government as the Press Secretary to the Presidential Communication Service (PCS).
