Chelsea’s talisman Cole Palmer has bagged two awards in April’s Premier League awards announced today.
Palmer has won the Premier League Player of the Month of April after scoring 7 goals and providing 1 assist last month. His goals came against two opponents; Manchester United and Everton.
Palmer scored a hat-trick against Manchester United on the 4th of April and then scored 4 goals against Everton on the 15th of April.
Palmer’s first goal against Everton was also voted Goal of the Month. In the category of Manager of the Month, Everton’s Sean Dyche won it.
Sean Dyche led Everton to 4 wins in 6 games and ultimately helped the Toffees to survive relegation after several point deductions.
Everton got impressive wins against Liverpool, Burnley, Nottingham Forest and Brentford.
Manchester United goalkeeper Andre Onana's reflex save against Burnley was voted Save of the Month.
